SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION

A 5 year sustainability program to establish scaleable material innovation using biotechnology.

Project managed through six sigma, we established a robust wear test process, phased development program, official technical assessment and consistent process improvements along the way.

The project is a large cross functional operation consisting of global teams - design, development, production and external scientists and chemists as well as factory partners.

We began at proof of concept, we are now production ready. This project is one that we are deeply honoured to be part of.
