BUILDING A BLUEPRINT PROCESS

Working with Head of Product to establish a product creation process from ideation to launch. Together we took a deep dive reviewing process ‘as is’ and creating the ‘to be’ in a realistic and sustainable way. Once we had identified the opportunities, we collaborated with key stakeholders and business units to make change happen.
